From sourcing off-market deals to managing all types of property — as well as on-market sales — and keeping landlords fully compliant, Jason's mission is to make property investment in Hull and the surrounding area straightforward, transparent and profitable. He's built a reputation as one of the UK's leading voices on HMOs — and Property Central is where that expertise now extends into deal sourcing and investment for a wider network of landlords and investors.

Melissa is a director of H2MO Limited and also works across Property Central, bringing her fully qualified letting agent expertise to both sides of the business. She oversees the day-to-day running of the office and the business as a whole — from staff and tenant relationships to serviced accommodation guests — working closely with Jason at a high level across every part of the operation. Her qualified lettings background underpins the effective, dependable service both H2MO and Property Central are known for.

Her hands-on approach and eye for detail make her a critical part of how the business delivers a consistently excellent guest experience.

Lizzie is Property Executive at H2MO Limited, working across both H2MO and Property Central. She handles all maintenance tasks, working closely with landlords, investors and contractors to keep properties compliant and running smoothly — and is heavily involved in off-market property sales, bringing a hands-on, detail-focused approach to every part of the process.

She assists across all departments, with particular focus on leading social media activity and managing tenancy applications — playing a key role in shaping the customer experience clients receive from both businesses.
